About the role:

 

This is a part-time (8 hours per week, on a Monday) role for an administration dynamo working to support the NZ Area Managers, our Wellness Coaches and members. This role will be accountable for all back office administration; delivering efficient administration support and supporting the day to day business activities.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent administration skills, be able to bring ideas to the table, have diverse experience, and global perspectives. You will be able to display leadership at all levels, apply information effectively to solve problems, and work collaboratively to achieve outcomes. You will also be able to:

  • Explore a range of solutions to assist in achieving team goals, share ideas, and gather/critically analyse information
  • Work flexibly and recognise change in team priorities, and remain engaged and productive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a team player
  • Answer all phone and email enquiries
  • Support the Area Managers as required

 

 

Skills/Attributes/Qualifications

 

Essential

  • 3-4 years’ experience within an administration role
  • Proficiency in the standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Sound project management experience and excellent ability to engage with stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary/cross-functional team setting

Experience in:

  • Prioritising your diary to ensure efficient time management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Working under pressure and handling challenging situations
  • Solving problems and strong analytical skills
  • Working in a service driven environment

 

Proven record of achieving success through:

 

  • Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to manage data/generate insights and draw conclusions
  • Being proactive and well organised
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivation, able to work effectively on own but also as a strong team player
