Why become a coach

Our coaches come from all walks of life. From teaching to fitness training, the one thing they share is a desire to use their skills, passion and interests to give people a new found confidence and zest for healthy living.

As part of our close-knit team, you’ll help members reach their goals and create healthy habits they’ll maintain for life. During a typical meeting, a coach will:-

• Prepare the meeting room to enrich the WW experience
• Greet members and check in on their progress and wellbeing
• Inspire the group with high levels of energy and interaction
• Support members on their journey, celebrating every success and milestone
• Look after basic admin such as stock levels and banking
• Hold coaching sessions face-to-face or by phone as required

What you’ll need

As well as lots of energy and a love of healthy living, you’ll also need:-

• Flexibility to work a few evenings in the week as well as early Saturday mornings
• Capability to store stock at home
• A full driver’s license and access to a car
• Access to a computer to complete training and prepare for meetings
• Capability to move chairs, tables and stock as required
